With over 20 years of experience providing business services, InCorp currently serves over 125,000 active clients around the world.
The LLC formation industry is a crowded one, but InCorp consistently finds a way to remain relevant despite heavy competition.
With this InCorp LLC service review, we’ll discuss the key factors that should help you make your decision whether to use their services or not.
Advantages & Disadvantages
Advantages of InCorp:
✔ Looking to add registered agent service from InCorp? While their LLC formation might not be the best value around (more on that in a moment), their great rates for registered agent make up for it. Their pricing starts at $99, and they have volume discounts that can drive the price all the way down to $67 per year. Not many competitors can match that low price.
✔ If you place a high value on customer feedback, InCorp will likely appeal to you. Most of their online customer reviews are positive in nature, reflecting a satisfied client base.
✔ InCorp’s price match guarantee ensures that they’ll not only match competitors’ prices on similar products and services, they’ll go a step further and beat those rates.
Disadvantages of InCorp:
– InCorp’s listed price of $99 for LLC formation service doesn’t include shipping, which is currently a mandatory $18 add-on. This brings your total to at least $117.
– That price match feature might come in handy, because it’s very easy to find lower prices. At $117, their LLC formation package is a no-frills offering that only provides the basics. For example, other formation services like IncFile and ZenBusiness offer LLC formation with a year of registered agent for $39 or less.
InCorp LLC Formation Packages
Unlike many competitors who offer several levels of LLC service, InCorp has a base rate of $117 ($99 + $18 shipping) across the board for any LLC formation. If you’d like to take a look at how they advertise this service check out the breakdown below.
LLC Formation Service = $117 ($99 + Shipping)
➢ Preparation and Filing of Articles of Organization: The articles of organization are crucial to any LLC formation because these are the documents filed with your state to officially create your new company. InCorp will draft these forms, then file them with your state of formation.
➢ Name Availability Search: To ensure that your desired business name is still available, InCorp will search your state’s official business database to make sure your LLC name isn’t already claimed.
➢ Domestic 2-Day Shipping: You can upgrade to overnight shipping for an additional $6.
A La Carte Features
InCorp has a number of add-on features available on an a la carte basis, so let’s take a closer look at what they have to offer.

If you like the idea of having a decorative seal and a custom binder for your company documents, you can acquire one from InCorp.

Is InCorp Right For You?
InCorp is an intriguing option for limited liability company formation service. They have solid customer feedback, and if you’re also in the market for registered agent service, they have some of the best price points in the entire industry.
Still, seeing as no two entrepreneurs are exactly alike, they’re not going to be the perfect answer for everyone. With that in mind, let’s review some scenarios where their services may or may not be right for you.
✔ When to Use InCorp:
If you want a provider that balances competitive pricing — especially if you want registered agent service with your LLC formation — and good customer reviews, InCorp should be a nice fit for your business.
✖ When NOT to Use InCorp:
There are some competitors who can save you money by bundling services together. If you want a cheaper option, consider an alternative LLC website.
They might not be the cheapest, and they don’t have the widest array of features, but InCorp has plenty of important factors in their favor. They’re a reliable option for your LLC formation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions? We’ve got answers.
Does InCorp Offer Any Discounts?
Yes. They offer impressive volume discounts if you purchase registered agent service and you’re willing to prepay multiple years in advance.
Does InCorp Have Good Customer Support?
They really do. InCorp doesn’t outsource their customer service to a massive call center like some of their competitors do. Instead, whenever you call them, you’ll speak to a knowledgeable professional who’s located at their Las Vegas office.
In addition, they offer extended support hours (9am-9pm ET M-F) and Spanish-language support.
Do They Have a Refund Policy?
If you request a refund within 60 days, InCorp will provide your refund less a $29 fee in most circumstances.
Can I Form an LLC on My Own?
You certainly do have this option, and many entrepreneurs do indeed DIY their LLC formations. However, we would caution that because each state has its own rules and regulations for LLCs, there can be a considerable amount of research involved.
On the other side of the coin, some people hire lawyers to form their LLCs, but this option is much more expensive than using an online LLC service.
Should I Reserve My LLC Name Before Forming an LLC?
In most situations, it’s not necessary to reserve your business name before forming your LLC. The only exceptions are if you’re not ready to form your company yet, but you want to make sure the name you want will still be available, and if you’re forming in a state like Alabama which requires a name reservation before formation.
If neither of those scenarios applies to you, then you do not need to reserve a name ahead of time.
Does InCorp Handle State-Specific Requirements Like New York Publication and Alabama Name Reservation?
We couldn’t track down the answer to this question on their website, so we contacted InCorp’s customer support department to find out.
They told us that they do indeed offer assistance with state-specific compliance requirements for LLC formations, including publication requirements, name reservations, and more. Most of their competitors don’t offer any of these services, so this is a nice advantage for InCorp.
What Is the InCorp Customer Support Phone Number and Email?
If you want to connect with an InCorp customer service rep via phone, you can contact them at 1-800-2INCORP.
You can also email them by selecting which department you’re trying to reach and filling out the relevant form on their “Contact Information” page. Also, they also have a live chat function that you can access from the same page.
Does InCorp Sell or Share My Information With Third Parties?
Quite a few of InCorp’s competitors share your information with other entities, usually under the guise of “free extras” or “bonus features.” InCorp, however, does not do this. They handle your LLC formation process in-house, and they don’t try to trick you into sharing your info with third-party partners.
I’ve Heard LegalZoom Has a Lot of Upsells. Does InCorp?
This question is a bit harder to answer for InCorp than it is for some competing services like LegalZoom, simply because InCorp only has one LLC formation service package.
Because of this, they offer a variety of add-on services on their order form, like registered agent service, annual reports, EIN acquisition, LLC kits and seals, etc. Due to the way they present their services, we don’t really consider them to be upsells, and we don’t have any issue with the way they advertise their products and services.
Can I Form an LLC Without Physically Being in the United States?
You sure can, and this is actually one of the reasons why so many people choose to form LLCs. Not only do you not need to be physically located in the U.S. to start an LLC, but you also don’t need to be an American citizen or resident. Just about anyone can form an LLC!
How Quickly Does InCorp Process LLC Formations?
InCorp’s processing times are quite similar to most of their competitors. They base their turnarounds on the requirements of each specific state, which means your LLC formation’s processing time could be as quick as just a few days, or as lengthy as several weeks. In general, their estimates are nearly identical to the competition.
Is $69 More Worth Getting an EIN?
In our opinion, it’s worth the extra expense to have our completed articles of organization and our EIN confirmation in the same place.
Still, if the convenience isn’t worth the $69 it costs to have InCorp acquire an EIN on your behalf, you can get one from the IRS yourself for free. This category is purely a matter of personal preference.
